Click InternalIT.exe once in the download list to open it.
Click InternalIT.dmg to open it, then double-click the Internal IT app inside.
Windows will ask "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?" Click Yes.
Your Mac will ask if you're sure you want to open it. Click Open. If asked to allow screen sharing or accessibility, our technician will talk you through it.
This is expected. It's how your computer checks you trust the app.
A small Internal IT window will open with a 9-digit code. Read it to your technician and we'll connect.
