The following items are the minimum standards required to deliver our services and may include requirements for operating systems, hardware, applications and their versions or patch levels, along with other factors.
We will do our best to support items that do not meet our minimum standards.
If You do not have all of these Minimum Standards in place before Your Agreement start date, we will work with you on a plan to bring your System and Network up to our Minimum Standards.

- Must be less than 3 years old
- Storage is 512GB+ SSD Hard Drive
- RAM is 16GB and higher
- Operating System is Windows 11 and higher
- System warranty is current and valid
Servers
- Vendors are HPE Series, Dell PowerEdge Series and Lenovo SMB/Enterprise
- Must be less than 5 years old
- RAM is 32GB and higher
- Operating System is Windows Server 2018 and higher
- Physical or Virtualised
- System warranty is current and valid
All Software
All software applications must be fully licensed and compliant. The software application is fully up-to-date with patches.
We will update this list from time to time as certain technologies age and other technologies are released and tested by us.
