Luke has over 16 year’s experience in the IT field. He is the brains behind the business. Known for his helpful nature and all clients are his favourites. Will go the extra mile to ensure businesses are running well! In his personal time he loves the cricket and watching the West Coast Eagles win premierships. He attempts to play cricket in summer so don’t worry if he is limping around injured! On top of that he has 3 totally awesome kids running around and an awesome wife.
Richard Comper
IT Manager
Richard is an experienced IT professional with over 22 years of expertise in the industry. He spent 15 years working for a leading Fortune 300 company, specializing in virtualization infrastructure and application delivery. Richard transitioned to the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry, where he excels at providing cost-saving solutions to clients while maintaining a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer support.
Richard enjoys spending walking his beloved dog and connecting with nature. Above all, Richard values quality time with his family and cherishes moments spent creating memories with loved ones.
Matt Cook
Technical Support
Matt is new to the IT field when he decided to help his favourite brother out in starting the business. He has taken on the challenge in supporting the IT of our favourite clients. Speaking of IT, he has actually been supporting recording industry applications for over 7 years as well as help the family computers out when Luke doesn’t. In his spare time he likes photography and playing music. He has a totally awesome kid running around at home.
Petina Cook
Director – Everything else
Petina is known for keeping the brothers in line at the office. She makes sure we have lots of coffee and Coke. We are yet to get her to actually make our coffees. She does however make sure our paperwork is completed and invoices are in order! When not in the office, she is busy running around after 3 kids while Luke is working.
